Hi! I'm Kristine Fisher, founder of ScaleWiseOps a consulting firm born from a passion and purpose to help new and emerging franchises achieve sustainable growth through strategic operations guidance.
As a former COO and a key member of the executive team, I had the exciting opportunity to scale one of the largest wellness and beauty franchisors—from around 300 locations to nearly 1,000! Along the way, we transformed systemwide sales from about $200 million to $700 million+. My strategic vision has guided multiple brands through transformative journeys—all while keeping demand high for beloved brands like Drybar® and Elements Massage®.
I’m passionate about creating strategic frameworks that align teams and boost stakeholder value. Some of my favorite projects have included leading LMS and POS integrations, as well as launching innovative services offerings and membership programs. My focus is on driving operational efficiency while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
